No. We are South African based and therefore you only pay the courier fee. You should receive your purchase within a week. Custom diamond paintings take about 3 weeks (excluding courier time).

How long are personal images stored?
Personal images submitted for custom designs are securely stored for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted, unless a deletion request is made earlier.
Can custom orders be returned or refunded?
Custom and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or supplied incorrectly, as permitted under the Consumer Protection Act.
