What Makes a Good Custom Diamond-Dot Painting?
Before filling out the form below, find out what you need to look for in a good picture for it to turn into a Diamond-Dot masterpiece.
Lighting is great and you can see all the details in the faces. It’s a close up of the people which will translate well into a Diamond-Dot Painting. There are very little blank spaces to dot, making the image fun to complete.
Lighting is good but there would be a great deal of white dotting you would have to do. The people are very far away so you will not see much detail in any part of the image and may have to purchase a fairly large print to see details.
Close ups of things that are small will convert well into a Diamond-Dot painting. You will be able to see the detail clearly, especially with good lighting.
There are dark patches int he image that will end up looking like black blobs, especially on the dog. It will be difficult to see detail in the dog and the environment around them.
A well lit photo of buildings and other scenery will look good as a Diamond-Dot painting. Make sure there is enough detail in your picture to dot so that it does not feel tedious to complete.
Images that have smoke, fog, steam, foam or other similar elements do not always translate well into a Diamond-Dot painting.
