This Orders & Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made via www.diamonddotpainting.co.za and must be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1.1 Placing an Order
Orders are placed through our secure online checkout system. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.
Important:
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been processed.
1.2 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that:

1.3 Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Custom or personalised orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways, including but not limited to PayFast, Ozow, and EFT. Diamond Dot Painting® does not store payment card details.
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Processing times exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
4.1 Delivery Areas
Diamond Dot Painting® currently delivers within South Africa only, unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Courier Services
Orders are delivered via third-party courier companies, including but not limited to:

4.3 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only. Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
4.4 Delivery & Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Courier proof of delivery constitutes confirmation that the order has been delivered.
4.5 Failed or Returned Deliveries
