Diamond-Dot Painting® reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or any other reason. Diamond-Dot Painting® will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any goods where the price has been corrected.

OVERVIEW

We strive to send you the very best we have and give the best customer service possible. However, problems can arise but we hope to iron them out before they arrive on your doorstep. With that being said, by purchasing the product, whether from a physical shop, agent or through an online order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for Our Products. This also applies to custom orders placed either through the Diamond-dot Painting™ website, through a shop or agent.

PRODUCT

The size stated on the listing is the size of the design. Not the size of the canvas. However, there could be a 1-2 cm difference depending on the design and bead type. Should there be any issues with your designs please contact us immediately.

Colouring may also differ from what is shown on the website and the example image on the box itself. This is due to printing, as not all printers will print exactly the same. This is also due to the screen resolution and screen brand that you are looking at the image on.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions upon checkout for catalogue items, you are therefore stating you understand the craft and have read the necessary material to get the best out of the product. These resources can be found under our Journal page. This incudes the Custom Diamond-Dot Painting’s®.

INDEMNITY NOTICE

Clients that have purchased a custom Diamond-Dot Painting® understand and accept the terms and conditions and have read the Disclaimer for images sent where they do not own copyrights.

SHIPPING AND ORDERS

When we receive your order, we will pack it and e-mail you an invoice, including the shipping charge. Once the invoiced
amount is paid we’ll dispatch your order and send the tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number (waybill) then email orders@diamonddotpainting.co.za. Provide them with your invoice number and they will send you waybill.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can read about Returns and Exchanges here. If you accept these Terms and Conditions you are then in effect accepting the Exchanges and Returns policy. Please read all documentation before proceeding with browsing our website or purchasing a product.

COMPETITIONS

• The competition is being run by Diamond-Dot Painting® in South Africa.
• You must be aged 18 years or over to enter this competition.
• All competition participation must be done directly by the participant/client and not through an agent or shop.
• All entries will be entered into the competition, the winner will be randomly selected or chosen by the Diamond-Dot Painting® team according to their own prerequisites.
• The winner will receive a prize chosen at the company’s discretion. In the case of the Work in Progress (WIP) monthly competitions, the winners will be allowed to choose the design of their choice as the prize.
• Anyone who enters the WIP for their designs to be featured in our catalogue gives Diamond-Dot Painting® permission to edit the submitted image in any way they see fit for the best results.
• For the WIP competitions the winner/s will receive a free design of their own submitted image from Diamond-Dot Painting®.
• All submissions for the competitions MUST be your own art/photo. Any copyrighted images submitted will not be considered when voting or choosing a winner.
• The winner will be contacted by The Promoter via social media. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
• The prize will be delivered through a courier service at the nearest convenience. Purchased orders from customers will take preference in the order of delivery.
• By submitting your image to the WIP competition (or any competition) you thereby give Diamond-Dot Painting® exclusive rights to edit, sell, and distribute the design as we see fit.
• The Diamond-Dot Painting® prize is subject to terms of use which can be found under the Terms of Service for Our Products tab on the Terms and Conditions page.
• The company’s decision is final.
• Diamond-Dot Painting® reserve the right to change the rules and regulations of the competition at their will, even once the competition has been launched.
• Diamond-Dot Painting® reserve the right to cancel any competition at any point for any reason.
• Opening and closing dates are determined by Diamond-Dot Painting® and can be changed and adapted by the company at any time.
• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
• Prizes awarded at the sole discretion of Diamond-Dot Painting®. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Diamond-Dot Painting®, not Facebook or Instagram.
• By participating in the Competition, you agree to all the Competition terms and conditions set out herein, without exception. If you do not agree, do not enter.

Diamond-Dot Painting® reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of Gift Cards at any time. Gift Cards can only be redeemed while they are valid and their expiry dates cannot be extended. All our usual Terms and Conditions and policies apply to Gift Cards. When you receive or send a Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is important to read and understand them before you use or buy your Gift Card:

1. Diamond-Dot Painting® Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of card issue.
2. Gift Cards can be redeemed on our online store only.
3. Diamond-Dot Painting® Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes and cannot be returned.
4. For purchases made using the Diamond-Dot Painting® Gift Cards, please follow our Returns Policy.
5. Should you not utilise the full value of your Gift Card on your first purchase, a credit will remain on the card for future use.
6. Should the card be lost or stolen and it is used then neither Diamond-Dot Painting®, or its agents will be liable for any reimbursement of any nature.

If you buy a Gift Card, you are responsible for:

1. notifying the recipient of the Gift Card
2. the input of the correct email address for the recipient of the Gift Card
3. selecting the correct value for the Gift Card

If you are using the Gift Card, you are responsible for:

1. keeping the unique code safe
2. having access to the email the buyer has sent the Gift Card to

Diamond-Dot Painting® reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions for Sales that take place on the online store or on any of our social media platforms.

Payment for goods must be made in full. No goods can be reserved with part payment. Adding your goods to the cart/basket does not guarantee that it is yours. Full payment will have to be made to secure your items.

No dispatch of goods will occur without full and final payment, or Proof of Payment has been sent to orders@diamonddotpainting.co.za.

As soon as goods are dispatched, ALL risk of goods is transferred over to the customer as the goods are no longer in our possession.

You will be provided with a tracking number in order for you to track your parcel. Contact us should you need assistance with the tracking.

All sales are considered final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered as this is a Warehouse Clearance Sale. This includes Black Friday weekend specials and Cyber Monday.

No returns, exchanges or refunds will be entertained for whatever reason whatsoever.

Should you have missing beads, or not enough beads, you should contact queries@diamonddotpainting.co.za.

All sales are final.

WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE SALES

The customer acknowledges that Warehouse Clearance Sale products may be considered damaged, shop soiled, or end of the range. All goods are sold as is.

These Terms and Conditions for the Warehouse Clearance Sale by Diamond-Dot Painting® apply to customers, guests (those who have not registered an account, agents and shops both VAT and non-VAT registered.

Flash Sale items are reserved for customers and guests (non-account holders) only.

The sale will last for 2 hours only.

Payment for the item in your cart needs to be paid for in full within two hours or adding it to your cart
